On Thursday, Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos's wife MacKenzie Bezos announced their divorce settlement on the social media.
After getting divorce with Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos, MacKenzie Bezos is to become the world's fourth-richest woman.
Mackenzie Bezos tweeted, "Grateful to have finished the process of dissolving my marriage with Jeff with support from each other and everyone who reached out to us in kindness".
She added, "Happy to be giving him all of my interests in the Washington Post and Blue Origin and 75% of our Amazon stock plus voting control of my shares to support his continued contributions with the teams of these incredible companies".
As a part of the divorce settlement, MacKenzie Bezos will receive a 4 percent Amazon stake, currently worth about 36 billion dollar.
In january, Jeff Bezos(55) and MacKenzie Bezos(48) first announced plans to separate at ending a 25-year marriage. They has four children. She set up an anti-bullying organisation, Bystander Revolution, which encourages the "simple habits of kindness, courage, and inclusion".
The divorce petition was filed in Washington. Expected that the divorce should be settled in roughly 90 days, according to an Amazon regulatory filing.
