Sushma Swaraj denied her appointment as Andhra Pradesh Governor by Tweet

On monday night, the news spread that senior BJP leader and former external minister Sushma Swaraj has appointed as a Governor of Andhra Pradesh. But she tweeted late on Monday night that her appointed as Governor of Andhra Pradesh was not true.

Former external minister Sushma Swaraj tweeted at 10.45 pm, "The news about my appointment as Governor of Andhra Pradesh is not true". she explained theree minutes before, how her visit to Vice-President, M. Venkaiah Naidu triggered this speculation.

She tweeted, "I called on the Vice President of India Shri Venkaiah Naidu on demitting office as Minister of External Affairs. This was enough for Twitter to appoint me as the Governor of Andhra Pradesh".

Union Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan tweeted, "Congratulations to senior BJP leader and former External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swaraj ji on being appointed as the Governor of Andhra Pradesh". But after some time he deleted his tweet.
