The World's Best Bank 2019 was released by Forbes in terms of customer services and technological advancements.

To measure the best banks 2019 in 23 countries, Forbes had partnered with Statista. Statista is a market research company.

In this list, Top 10 Indian Banks 2019 are as follows

1. HDFC Bank
2. ICICI Bank
3. DBS
4. Kotak Mahindra Bank
5. IDFC Bank
6. Syndicate Bank
7. Punjab National Bank
8. Allahabad Bank
9. Vijaya Bank
10. Axis Bank

SBI was not in top 10 of the list. It was ranked at 11 by the customers.

Whereas, the public sector bank Bank of Baroda is at 16th position. Paytm Payments Bank is at 17th position. Canara Bank is at 30th position by the customers.
