IAF announced reward of Rs 5 lakh for giving information on missing AN-32 aircraft

On Saturday, The Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced a Rs 5 lakh reward for who giving the information on location of the missing Antonov AN-32 aircraft. Since 1 pm, the plane was missing with 13 personnel onboard on june 3. It was on flight from Assam to Arunachal Pradesh.
Defence PRO, Wing commander Ratnakar Singh said, "Air Marshal RD Mathur, Chief of the Eastern Air Command has announced a cash award of Rs 5 lakh for the person or group who provide "credible information" leading to finding of the aircraft".
Also, the IAF has given out contact numbers. Landline: 0378-3222164, Mobile: 9436499477, 9402077267, 9402132477. Now people can use these numbers to contact air force and provide any information about missing plane.
"IAF is using all its assets and taking help of the Army, Arunachal Pradesh civil authorities and other national agencies to locate the missing aircraft", said Wing Commander Ratnakar Singh, the Ministry of Defence Spokesperson at Shillong. But, the search operations has failed to trace the missing aircraft to yield any result for the sixth consecutive day on Saturday, despite concerted efforts by various agencies.
Earlier, IAF spokesman said in a statement, "The search team has been trying to trace the aircraft with advanced technology and sensors sourced from different agencies, including ISRO satellites".
