CBI team stopped outside of Kolkata Police Chief's Residence and West Bengal CM sits in dharna against CBI action
On Sunday CBI officers team were went to kolkata to investigate Kolkata Police chief Rajeev Kumar in connection with Saradha and Rose Valley ponzi scam cases.
The CBI team were stopped outside of kolkata police chief's residence by kolkata police.
Then CBI team were taken to the police station and then release them. The CBI team came without any papers for investigation.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also reached police chief's Rajeev Kumar residence. Then Mamata Banerjee started a discussion with DGP, ADJ law and order Anuj Sharma etc.
After that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee sits in dharna against CBI action in front of Metro channel control post to "save the constitution".
Interim CBI chief M Nageshwar Rao said "there is an evidence against Rajeev Kumar. So only the team went for investigation". New CBI Chief Rishi Kumar Shukla will take charge in the morning.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Samjwadi Pary chief Akhilesh Yadav, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, DMK leader MK Stalin etc. were said their support for Mamata Banerjee in twitter.
