After the success of Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, Silambarasan next movie was Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven, directed by Sundar C. It is a remake of blockbuster Telugu movie Attarintiki Daredi.Megha Akash as pair with Simbu and other lead roles played by Prabhu, Ramya Krishnan, Catherine Tresa, Mahat Raghavendra, Nassar, Suman, Yogi Babu, Rajendran and others. Hiphop Tamizh has composed the music, Gopi Amarnath was the cinematography for this movie.
Simbu as multi-millionaire return back to India for reunite his aunt Nandhini with his grandfather, Director Sundar.C as his style gives package of entertainment.
